You’ll find Ryan all over the Zagers Pool & Spa stores and buildings. Even though the business demands his time and attention to other matters, Ryan gets pumped up from working with customers on the floor and helping them find just the products they need. Ryan, President of Zagers Pool & Spa, has been working at Zagers since the age of 14. His knowledge and expertise in the backyard recreation industry has been born from first-hand experience and problem solving. Very likely, if Ryan can’t answer your question, it’s a new situation and he’ll do all he can to find the solution. Ryan has participated in training that makes him an expert on our products, as well as a Certified Bioguard Chemical Technician and has completed D-1 Spa Tech Training.
Ryan brings customer the backyard of their dreams with quality products and attention to detail. He wants to give every family the together time they deserve. With all of this, Ryan understands the importance of affordability and will do all he can to make a backyard dream come true.

Todd Visser
You’ll find Todd in our Jamestown location waiting to be of service to you! Todd has been working with Zagers since high school. Along with Dimension One service and sales training, Doughboy University, Bioguard Chemical College and several other training experiences, Todd has learned much from being in the store. Todd has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.
For every customer, Todd brings expert product knowledge, a commitment to honesty and a willingness to go the extra mile. He listens and pays attention to his customer needs and wants. Todd’s involvement with Zagers Pool & Spa has allowed him to work in nearly all the different jobs in the business, building on his formal education to create a fun and well-informed person to work with.

Mitch Price
Personal Motto: If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always gotten.
You’ll find Mitch in our Holland location, full of energy and experience to meet your pool, spa and grilling needs. With over 22 years of working experience in the pool and spa industry working from delivery to service to sales. If it’s a spa, Mitch can help! Mitch has acquired several certifications and awards, but the one he is most proud of is the Pinnacle Award, given only to a handful of sales people.
Mitch brings years of experience, wealth of knowledge, and a passion that is unmatched by others. He prides himself on his integrity and straight talk. He wants every customer to know you can still find a sales person with knowledge, trust, passion and integrity and he’ll be the one to show ya!

Pam Bylsma
Personal Motto: If you are going to do something, do it right!
You’ll find Pam working at our Jamestown & Holland locations. As a long time full-time employee, Pam just recently moved to part-time to be home with her baby. Pam has been a fixture at Zagers Pool & Spa since high school with this summer as her 12th year with the company. She has graduated from Doughboy University and participated in Dimension One training. She’s attended four Bioguard Chem Colleges and is one of our resident experts on water chemistry. Pam knows how to use everything you find at Zagers Pool & Spa as a result of her years of hands-on experience and through training.
Pam really does want customers to enjoy their pool, hot tub or any Zagers Pool & Spa product. She strives to create personal relationship and connections with her customers. She is dedicated to making your experience positive and building a relationship built on trust and respect. The easier she can make it for you to enjoy time with your family and friends, the happier she’ll be.

Jeff Miedema
You’ll see Jeff when your in-ground pool is being installed or if a pool or spa needs service. Jeff manages our service department and is just one more expert on our backyard products. Like several of our employees, Jeff started at Zagers when in high school and has been working here for 15 years. He’s experienced with pumps, filters, water chemistry, pools and spas. He’s factory trained and certified to repair Coast, Dimension One and Vita spas. Jeff also has received training on Pentair pumps, filters and heaters. Jeff attends trade shows and training on a yearly basis to stay up to date and informed on changes in the pool and spa industry.
Jeff brings 15 years of hands-on experience and expert knowledge from the people who make the stuff you enjoy. He is committed to solving problems, getting issues resolved the first time and making sure you’re happy when he’s done repairing your pool, spa or other items needing repair.

Chad Vander Meulen
Personal Motto: Take care of my family & friends and enjoy every day like its your last.
You'll find Chad delivering pools, spas or just about anything you're looking for. He's working in the warehouse, helping out on service calls and always willing to help where needed.
Chad started working in muck fields at a young age and has been a longtime resident of Hudsonville. He started his career working in the Heating & Cooling industry and then moved into the roofing & siding industry. We feel fortunate to have Chad as part of the Zagers Pool & Spa team.

Peter Landheer
Personal Motto: Work hard, play harder!
You’ll find Peter delivering your new hot tub, opening or closing your pool and general service on your technical products. Peter is certified in repairing Dimension One spas, Reflections & Vita spas and has a heating and cooling certification. He’s also certified in Basic Electric Pentair repair. He’s very knowledgeable with water chemistry and knows how different products will affect the water balance in your pool or spa. Peter is our “go-to” guy when it comes to setting up control panels on hot tubs.
Peter has been working with pools his whole life and brings years of hands-on experience to any customer. He’s dedicated to doing things the right way the first time and wants to see every customer satisfied with their purchase. Peter holds himself to a high standard when working in a customer’s backyard and understand that is their personal space for recreation and relaxation.

Ron Zagers
Personal Motto: Living and making a living working with others is a hard work, but when done with integrity and caring it can be immeasurably rewarding.
You’ll find Ron any where there’s a Zagers Pool & Spa. He’s wears many hats when working from delivery to customer service to trouble shooting and pool repair. There isn’t much Ron hasn’t seen in his many years of working here. He was raised working in his parents hardware store which eventually became Zagers Pool & Spa. Ron thought his path was to be in education, however, there was another path for him with Zagers Pool & Spa. He believes education is a life long experience and has a Bachelor’s of Science from Ferris State College, Teaching degree from Grand Valley State University and many hours toward graduate classes. He’s attending training from all of our primary vendors including Doughboy University and Bioguard Chemical College.
Ron brings a strong background of education and training that started from his childhood. He thoroughly enjoys working with others and truly wants to see a customer with a smile. Working with others is what fuels Ron and being part of a business that’s been around for over 50 years is no small feat. You can’t go wrong with a visit from Ron. He always has a smile to share and asks all the right questions to solve any customer’s needs. He’s dedicated to the friends and family he interacts with everyday on the phone, on the floor or in the office. It’s a pleasure to work with Ron.

Rosalee Norman
Personal Motto: Treat others the way you want to be treated
You will find Rosalee in the Business Office, answering the business office phone, scheduling service calls, handleing customer inquiries and doing the financial work. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business and Management from Davenport University and has taken many classes towards a higher degree. Before coming to Zagers, she spent the last five years working for a small non-profit where recognizing and providing the correct service in a timely manner was key to success. Rosalee's goal is to treat people with respect, integrity and provide exceptional customer service so that every customer has a successful experience with Zagers.
When not on the clock, Rosalee and her husband have a small farm where there is always work to be done, horse riding, hiking, spending time with their family, and being outside enjoying the seasons of Michigan.

Rebecca Kuiper
Personal Motto: A positive attitude is contagious but don’t wait to catch it from others. Be a carrier.
You will find Becca in the Business Office, managing our web sales and also doing the administrative assitant work. Before moving up to the office, Becca worked on the salesfloor at Zagers for 4 1/2 years. Her first hand experience is an great asset to the online sales. If you have a question about one of the products, she will defnintly be able to help.
While in high school, Becca also worked at Metro Hospital, where she learned a lot about customer service. She considered her day a success if she could make someone who was having a hard day smile. Becca has carried that attitude with her, and has brightened up the business office.
While not at Zagers, Becca enjoys spending as much time as she can with her fiance, Jake, as well as with her parents & siblings. When not planning for her Big Day, Becca also enjoys being outdoors and reading a good book.

Joel Fields
Personal Motto: Live a life of Integrity, love your family and friends and always give 110%.
Although this past summer Joel bounced around between all three stores, he’s found his home at the Grand Rapids location where he will be the new manager. Joel‘s energetic and friendly personality is a huge asset to the Zagers’ team. He is always willing to help, and customer service is his number one priority. “When we take care of our customers, they in return help take care of us. Sometimes the little things we do mean more to our customers then the bigger things, listening to them and exceeding their expectations.”
Joel has participated in Doughboy University, Bioguard One Source training, and Dimension One’s online training, so although he is the newest member of our staff, he is very knowledgeable and able to help.
When Joel is not at the store, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. They try and spend as much time as they can at Joel’s In-law’s cottage during the summer playing on the water, fishing and making smores by the fire at night. Joel’s wife is very active and runs in many races and triathlons throughout the year they enjoy cheering her on as well as the other runners.
