Zagers never sells your personal information or uses it for any purpose other than doing business with you.
You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.
When purchasing an Above Ground Pool or a Hot Tub, Zagers requires a $500 non-refundable deposit.
Product Return Policy
Items purchased from Zagers Pool & Spa may be returned for full refund up to 10 days after the purchase date*.
Between 11-45 days after purchase date, items purchased from Zagers Pool & Spa may be returned for full in-store credit*.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Refund checks will be mailed within 14 days of the return.
- Sales are final on all special orders, Zagers’ enhanced warranties, and electrical items.
*Items over $1,000 are handled on a case by case basis.

All Special Orders must be paid in full and cannot be returned. Sale is final.
Robotic Pool Cleaner Return Policy
Aquabots or Maytronics Dolphins purchased from Zagers Pool & Spa may be returned for a full refund up to 5 days after purchase date.
Between 6-10 days after purchase, Aquabots or Maytronics Dolphins purchased from Zagers Pool & Spa may be returned for full in-store credit.
