ROBOTIC POOL CLEANER REPAIR

Polaris Robotic Cleaners

Zagers Pool & Spa is a certified service center for Polaris Robotic Pool Cleaners.  

We service the following models:

Alpha IQ+, Alpha IQ, EPIC8640, F7240, F7000

Repair Process

  1. Drop off your Polaris with Power Supply to any of our 4 locations.
  2. If your Polaris is out of warranty, there is a $35 benchwork fee that is required at drop off. 
  3. A technician will diagnose, order in parts and repair your unit. If any issues need to be repaired that are not under warranty, you will be contacted and we will not proceed with the repair until we have your approval.
  4. You will be contacted by an associate when your Polaris repair is completed and ready to be picked up.

Dolphin Active Series

Zagers Pool & Spa is a certified service center for Dolphin Active Series Robotic Pool Cleaners.  

We service the following models:

Active 10, 15, 20, 30, 30i, 40, and 60 and Explorer E50.

Repair Process

  1. Drop off your Dolphin with Power Supply to any of our 4 locations.
  2. If your Dolphin is over 12 months old, there is a $35 benchwork fee that is required at drop off. 
  3. A technician will diagnose, order in parts and repair your unit. If any issues need to be repaired that are not under warranty, you will be contacted and we will not proceed with the repair until we have your approval.
  4. You will be contacted by an associate when your Dolphin repair is completed and ready to be picked up.

NOTE: Must have proof of purchase if we did not sell you the unit.

Aquabot: Non-Warranty

Aquabot was recently acquired by a new corporation and therefore Zagers is no longer able to obtain parts required to service these units.

Models: All Aquabot models can be serviced by J&J.

Repair Process

Please CLICK HERE for all details relating to non-warranty charges, proper shipping, repair communication and expectations. 

Ship the following to J&J Pool Equipment Services for repair:
  1. Aquabot and power supply (coil the cable and tie off to prevent cable from unwinding).
  2. Attach name, address, phone number  and email address to the unit.
  3. Include a brief note explaining the issue(s) you are having with your pool cleaner.
